Terms of Service

1. Scope

These Terms of Service govern the use of SmartReply ("the Service"), provided by Glomastco Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.

2. The Service

SmartReply is an AI-assisted tool that reads messages and emails, summarises them, translates them and drafts reply suggestions based on your knowledge base. The Service is offered in a free plan and paid plans with different monthly message quotas and features.

3. Account

You must provide accurate registration data and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over.

4. Plans, quotas and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance via our payment provider Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Quotas reset each billing period. You can cancel at any time with effect for the end of the current period; the free plan can be used without payment.

5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal for paid plans. By requesting that the Service begins immediately, you consent to the start of performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully provided.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to process unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, send spam, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service, or submit data you are not authorised to share. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. AI output disclaimer

The Service uses AI language models. Generated summaries, translations and replies may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing any output before sending or relying on it. We give no warranty that output is accurate, complete or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation. Maintenance, updates and factors outside our control may cause temporary unavailability. No specific service level is owed for the free plan.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are liable without limitation only for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of an essential contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Liability for indirect or consequential damages is excluded.

10. Term and termination

The contract runs for the chosen billing period and renews unless cancelled. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may amend these terms; we will notify you of material changes. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of , without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence. Place of jurisdiction is, to the extent legally permissible, the registered seat of Glomastco Ltd.
