Cookie Policy
Last updated: 02.07.2026
This Cookie Policy explains how SmartReply uses cookies and similar technologies. For how we process personal data in general, see our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site operator.
2. Cookies we use
SmartReply uses strictly necessary cookies only. They are required for the website to function and do not need consent:
- Session cookie — keeps you logged in and maintains your session. Duration: session.
- CSRF token — security token that protects forms against cross-site request forgery. Duration: session.
- Remember-me — keeps you signed in across visits if you choose. Duration: up to 1 year.
- Cookie consent — stores your cookie choice so we don't ask again. Duration: up to 1 year.
- Language / locale — remembers your selected language. Duration: up to 1 year.
3. No tracking or advertising cookies
We do not use advertising, profiling or third-party tracking cookies by default. Any non-essential cookies (for example analytics) would only be set with your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site (such as login) from working.
